Help! I have problem playing the video files! Video doesn't play or no sounds.

Generally, most playback issues are due to not having the required Video Codec to play the video files. Our Movies are encoded in WMV format. You need to obtain the Window Media Player 10.0 and above to play the video files. Window Media Player can be obtain Here.

 

Note : For Video Playback issues, please ensure that you have already updated your media player to version 9. You can obtain the latest version of the Window Media Player via Window Update or from Microsoft's homepage HERE .

 

For Real Media Files, the Real Player can be obtained Here or Alternative Free Player without installing Real Player Here.

 

Note : If you experience playback problem using the Alternative Free Player, it is advisable to try using the official free Real Player instead.

 

I face problems downloading large files or experience disconnection during the downloading.

For downloading large size files, the best solution is to use Download Managers. AVSPremium sites support resuming of downloading files so that you can start right from where the disconnection occurs. For a good and free download manager, you can go Here.
